Dose Yoga and Café is one of the other food places listed in Raleigh, North Carolina. The business is registered at 415 N Harrington St, Raleigh, NC 27603; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. If you were expecting a restaurant, market or cafe and landed on a listing in this group, it usually means the original source listed the business under an unusual or mixed category rather than a plain food label. Contact information, address and hours are still pulled from the same public data used across Raleigh and North Carolina, so they should be accurate even where the category is not a perfect fit. Because this group spans everything from medical clinics to auto shops to gift stores, there is no single etiquette or norm that applies across it; treat each listing on its own terms and call ahead if the category alone does not tell you what you need to know.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 6:30 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (919) 917-7032. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is doseyogastudios.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 301 reviews, which is a strong result for an other food place in Raleigh and suggests consistent service.
Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Raleigh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The lemon loaf matcha latte was one of the best matchas Ive had in the triangle! Staff was so amazing and super nice as I was ordering and ever after I was handed my drink. I highly recommend!

We can’t thank our yoga instructor-Shannon enough! Our paths crossed in St Thomas when she graciously stepped in after our scheduled instructor was a no-show, even though she was on vacation herself and there to relax just like the rest of us. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure our group still had a wonderful yoga experience. Her class was calming, engaging, and suitable for all levels, and her positive energy made it one of the highlights of our trip to St. Thomas. We’re so grateful for her generosity, professionalism, and willingness to help on her own vacation. She truly turned an unfortunate situation into a memorable experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional yoga instructor!

Very disappointed with my experience at Yoga at Dorris today. As a first-time student and a postpartum mom, I drove 30 minutes to attend a class that started at 12:00 PM. I arrived at 12:01 PM for check-in after arranging childcare for my baby and making a significant effort to be there. Despite explaining my situation and that I was only one minute late, I was refused entry. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of compassion and flexibility. I understand that studios have policies, but customer service and empathy should matter too—especially when someone is navigating the challenges of postpartum recovery and mental health. I spent more time discussing the situation at the front desk than the one minute I was late, yet no exception could be made. This was my first experience with the studio, and unfortunately, it left me feeling unwelcome and unsupported. I hope the studio considers a more compassionate approach in the future, particularly for new mothers and first-time clients.

Love love love this studio!!! Have been going for years since they first opened. Friendly, kind instructors and smoothie bar staff. Clean and respectful patrons. Every teacher has their own style so would encourage you to try multiple types of classes with various teachers to see which speak to you the most. I’m more of a late afternoon yoga girl - so like to attend ‘Daily Dose’ (60 min heated) classes led by Caitlin or Emmarose, or ‘Mellow Dose’ (60 min unheated/slight warmth) by Kai or Ashley. Also, I did my yoga teacher training under Lipsa so can’t say enough wonderful things about this studio, community, and their offerings!

Dose yoga has changed my life in the best way! It is truly the best workout experience with the best vibe. I have taken over 160 classes here & drive from Cary at least 4 times a week because there is nothing like it in my area. It helped me so much with my anxiety. Caitlin, Emmarose, Shannon & Karley are some of my favorite teachers but I have never had a bad class. The support they offer me as a student is amazing & they are so sweet that we have even become friends. They take such pride & appreciation in their members & I can’t imagine going anywhere else for yoga! They even took such great care of my friend when she had a broken foot! Hopefully one day there will be a studio in Cary ❤️
